During the first 30 hours of operation, the harvester speed is 20% to 25% lower than the normal speed, and the normal working speed can be performed according to the working speed recommended in the manual. After the end of the test run, thoroughly check the degree of assembly fastening, the correctness of the assembly adjustment, and the working status of the electrical equipment. Replace all gearboxes and close the gearbox lubricant. Fourth, pay attention to matters during the operation. 1.Before the operation, the work component clutch should be smoothly integrated. When the throttle is from small to large, it is only at a stable rated speed before the harvest operation can begin. 2. When working in the field, check the quality of cutting and squeezing regularly, and adjust the height of the header at any time. 3. Check the operation of the picking device based on the number of grains thrown on the ground. The loss of grain should not exceed 0.5% of the total corn kernels. When the loss is large, check whether the working gap between the picking boards is appropriate. 4. The corn harvester should be properly interrupted for 1 to 2 minutes to allow the working parts to run empty so that all remaining ears of corn, grains, etc. can be excluded from the working parts.
