[How To Use a Patch]
Tear off the packaging bag and remove the patch. Remove the protective film and apply the patch on the skin. One piece, one time. The curing effect of each piece can last for 8-12 hours.

Do not apply the patch on the problematic skin, such as wounds, eczema, dermatitis,or in the eyes. People allergic to herbs and the pregnant are advised not to use the medication. Fundamental:
Both methyl green and pyronin are basic dyes and therefore form salts with negatively charged phosphates. The methyl green molecule has two positive charges and is easily combined with a double-stranded DNA molecule to make the DNA in the primary nucleus blue-green. The piperazine molecule has a positive charge and is easily bound to a single-stranded RNA molecule to render the RNA in the primary cytoplasm and nucleolus red. It is also believed that the principle of staining is related to the spatial configuration of the nucleic acid molecule.
Formulation reagents:
1. Preparation of 0.2 mol/L acetic acid buffer pH 4.8
1.2 ml of glacial acetic acid and distilled water to a volume of 100 ml, and 2.72 g of sodium acetate (NaAc·3H2O) were added at the time of use, and after being completely dissolved, it was used;
2. Preparation of methyl green-piperazine staining solution
Solution A: 2 g of methyl green is added to 100 ml of 0.2 mol/L acetic acid buffer of pH 4.8;
Solution B: 1 g of piperazine can be added to 100 ml of 0.2 mol/L acetic acid buffer solution of pH 4.8;
When using, mix A and B liquids at 5:2;
Dyeing steps:
1. Take adherent primary cells cultured on coverslips and rinse three times with Hanks solution;
2. Fix 70% ethanol solution for 10 min, remove and dry;
3. Add methyl methyl-piperazine staining solution to cover the cover slip sample and stain for 15 min;
4. Rinse the distilled water 3 times;
5. 95% ethanol color separation, drying;
6. Transparent with xylene, observe with optical gum and observe;
result:
The primary nucleus contains green DNA, and the cytoplasm and nucleolus are red in color.
