Third, use
1. Plug in the power supply and turn the power switch on the lower right corner of the instrument to turn on the instrument.
2. After the instrument is powered on, please preheat for 3 to 5 minutes and then heat it. If heat is applied immediately after energization, it will be detrimental to the service life of the instrument.
3. When heat sealing, the pipe is directly placed between the heat sealing heads, and the heat sealing starts. After the heat sealing is completed, the heat sealing head automatically jumps off, and the next working cycle can be performed later.
Fourth, maintenance and repair
1. When the heat is closed, the pipeline is in a loose state. Do not pull or shake the pipeline tightly, otherwise it will easily cause the pipeline to rupture and ooze. The instrument does not want to break the pipe in the heat-sealed state.
2. If there is bleeding or seepage during the heat sealing process, it should be resealed. In the off state, the stains are removed and dried in time to prevent the heat sealing head from being stuck and damaging the photoelectric sensing device.
3, automatic heat sealing in the test machine should avoid empty (no pipe) heat sealing operation, to prevent load short circuit, fire, so as not to burn the tube.
4, the ambient temperature is high and low, the pipe material is soft and hard, the need for the heat output of the heat sealing head is different.
