Since the storage refrigerator adopts a rigid foaming structure, the heat preservation performance is good, so that the ice cubes produced are not easily melted. Second, before use 1. The tilt angle of the box when transporting should not be greater than 45 degrees, prohibiting inversion, so as not to cause failure of the compressor or refrigeration system.


2. If the ice machine is used for the first time or after long-term shutdown, the drain nut 5 should be unscrewed, and the self-prepared container should be placed in the water storage position. The first two ice making processes are the cleaning process of the ice machine piping system. Ice cubes should not be eaten. Wait until the drain is drained twice. Tighten the drain nut 5 and eat the ice cube.
3. The ice machine cannot be used outdoors in the open air. Do not spray directly. Do not place it in a place that is wet or easily exposed to water. It should be placed on a well-ventilated plane away from the heat source, surrounded by non-corrosive gases, and at least 150mm space is left around to ensure the free flow of air.


4. After the ice machine is in place, it should be parked for 12 hours after the first use.

3. Connect a 12 soft plastic corrugated drain pipe attached to the outlet pipe 7 on the back of the machine, and the other port is placed in the water tank (self-contained) or the sewer.
4. Connect one end of the supplied water inlet pipe to the faucet with 3/4" threaded joint of the drinking water supply pipe. The water pressure of the water supply pipe is 1.5-3kg/cm2, and the other end is connected with the water valve on the back of the ice machine. Threaded joints 6 are connected. Note that when connecting, seals (scheduled) are required at both ends of the inlet pipe.
5. Unscrew the tap to ensure the smooth flow of the inlet pipe.
6. Plug in the power plug and press the rocker switch on the operation panel. At this time, the ice machine starts working. The ice machine implements automatic continuous ice making from the water, ice making, ice removal and ice storage. The amount of ice inside reaches a certain level, the full ice light on the operation panel 2 will be on, and the ice machine will automatically stop; when the external water supply pipe (or pure water supply system) has water or water supply failure, the ice machine operation panel is short of water. The light will illuminate and the ice machine will automatically stop.

V. Daily maintenance 1. No matter whether the compressor is stopped for any reason (lack of water, excessive ice, power failure, etc.), it must not be started continuously. It should be restarted every 5 minutes to avoid damage to the compressor.
2. Regularly check the inlet and outlet connections to handle small amounts of residual water that may leak.
3. When the ice machine is not in use, please unscrew the plastic drain joint nut 5 on the back to drain the remaining water in the inner tank, and then wipe the storage tank with a clean cloth.
4. When the ambient temperature drops below 0 °C, there is the possibility of icing. Drainage must be carried out to release the water, otherwise the inlet pipe may be broken.
5. Unplug the ice machine when it is cleaned, inspected, and used for more than one week. When plugging or unplugging the power plug, apply the handheld plug and do not pull the power cord.
6. The drain pipe should be inspected one or two times a year to prevent blockage.
