Two-stage fermentation method for making chicken manure

More than 70% of the ammonia in the chicken diet is excreted in the faeces, so chicken manure has a great feed value. However, its poor palatability, and contains a large number of pathogens, if fed directly, not only will reduce the utilization of chicken manure, but also easily lead to adverse consequences. The author uses a multi-enzyme saccharification bacterium to produce chicken manure by two-stage fermentation method, which not only saves grain, but also has significant disease-preventing effect. The brief introduction is as follows:

After the chicken manure was removed, 35% of chicken manure, 40% of straw powder (or tapioca, rice bran, etc.), 15% of bran, 10% of cornmeal, 2% of salt were inoculated with 0.5% activity. The enzymatic liquid of the multi-enzyme saccharification bacteria is well-mixed, so that the moisture content of the mixture is about 65%, so that the fingers do not see water in the beads, and the hand loosening is suitable, loosely stacked on the cement floor, with sacks or plastic Membrane coverage to maintain material temperature. Under 28°C--37°C conditions; aerobically fermented for 12 hours and then turned over and then aerobically fermented for 24 hours. The aerobically fermented raw materials are put into the pre-prepared brick cement pool and the layers are solid, and the film is covered with two layers of fine sand, so that it is absolutely sealed (no leakage, water intrusion). After 10 to 15 days of anaerobic fermentation, chicken manure was converted into a nutrient-rich biological feed. The color of the feed is golden yellow and there is aroma of cider. The crude protein content is 15%, the crude fat content is 1.8%, the nitrogen-free extract is 15%, the crude fiber is 14.9%, the calcium is 7.4%, and the phosphorus is 2.1%, not only the palatability is good, but also And it is rich in nutrients, livestock, poultry and fish are all like to eat, but also can improve the disease resistance of livestock and poultry. Chicken manure produced by two fermentation methods can be naturally dried or dried, stored or made into pellet feed.

When feeding livestock, poultry and fish with chicken manure, pay attention to:

1 Chicken manure has higher nutritional value, but it is not a full-priced feed and should not be fed alone. When fed, according to the nutrient content of chicken manure, it can be reasonably formulated with other feeds as full-priced feed;

2 Chicken manure has high non-protein nitrogen content, so feed utilization is higher when ruminants such as cattle and sheep are fed.

3 When feeding chickens, poultry, and fish with chicken manure, appropriate addition of antibiotic additives such as oxytetracycline and feeding additives such as salt, baking soda, and cooked gypsum are preferable.
