Method for cultivating Hericium erinaceus with straw and sweet potato residue

Our region has abundant straw and sweet potato resources, and local farmers have the habit of using sweet potatoes to produce fans through biofermentation. However, most of the potato residues produced after the production of fans were wasted except for a small portion of livestock. In order to make full use of this resource, the author conducted experiments on mixed cultivation of Hericium erinaceus with rice straw and potato residue. The following is introduced for reference.

1, selection. Select mycelium vitality, mushroom shape, fast growth, strong resistance and other fine bacteria. Mother cultivars use PDA medium. The original species uses wood chips and wheat bran.

2, culture ingredients formula. 43% straw, 43% sweet potato residue, 12% corn flour, 1% gypsum powder, 0.5% superphosphate, and 0.5% sucrose. 171 grams per bottle.

3, cultivation methods. Choose fresh mildew-free straw, cut into small pieces of 1.5-2 cm, soak it in 1.5% lime water for 8 hours. Rinse with clean water and drain. Combine with other ingredients. pH5 or so. Mix 750 ml of bacteria. The bottle was sealed with kraft paper and autoclaved for 1 hour to remove the pot. The temperature was lowered below 26°C and inoculated. The culture was incubated at 22-27°C. When the mycelium full bottle begins to form a fruit body, the seal is peeled off, and the mushroom is opened under the condition of 15-20°C and air humidity of 80%-90%. Spray water 1-2 times a day.

Hericium erinaceus cultivated by this method has high yield and high biological efficiency.
