Classification and operation precautions for plastic shredders

First, the classification of plastic shredders

Plastic crusher is also known in the injection molding industry: plastic crusher. There are three main categories:

(1) Hard plastic crusher, this machine is suitable for crushing all kinds of small and medium-sized plastic sheets:
1. ABS, PE, PP board and other plates are crushed and recycled;
2. The rectangular feeding port specially designed for the smashing of the plate material facilitates the smashing of the long strip type plate and improves the working efficiency. Optional suction fan and storage barrel make up the plate crushing and recycling system to make full use of the recovery efficiency;
3, the use of sealed bearings, so that the bearing rotation is kept good for a long time; the knife type design is reasonable, the product is evenly granulated; the knife seat heat shrinking treatment, the shape design is beautiful and generous;

(2) Powerful plastic crusher:
1. The blade type structure is between the claw knife and the flat knife, which is suitable for crushing plastic products such as ordinary sheets, pipes, profiles, plates and packaging materials;
2. The general-purpose plastic pulverizer adopts a sealed bearing to keep the bearing rotating for a long time;
3, the knife type design is reasonable, the alloy steel blade is used, the product is evenly granulated, the knife seat is heat-shrinked, and after strict balance test, the shape design is beautiful and generous;

(3) Plastic pipe plastic crusher:
1. Suitable for crushing all kinds of small and medium-sized plastic pipes, such as PE, PVC pipe, silicon core pipe and other pipe crushing and recycling;
2. The circular tube type feeding port specially designed for the crushing of the pipe material facilitates the input and smashing of the long pipe and improves the working efficiency. Optional suction fan, storage barrel to form a pipe crushing and recycling system can fully utilize the recovery efficiency;
3, the use of sealed bearings, so that the bearing rotation is kept good for a long time; the knife type design is reasonable, the product is evenly granulated; the knife seat heat shrinking treatment, the shape design is beautiful and generous.

Second, the plastic pulverizer operation precautions

1. The plastic pulverizer and power unit should be installed firmly. If the plastic crusher is required to be fixed for a long time, it should be fixed on the cement foundation; if the plastic crusher is required to flow, the unit should be installed on the base made of angle iron and ensure the power machine (diesel or electric motor) and plastic. The pulley groove of the crusher is in the same plane of rotation.

2. After the plastic pulverizer is installed, check the fastening condition of each fastener. If it is loose, it should be tightened. Also check that the belt tightness is appropriate.

3. Before starting the plastic pulverizer, first turn the rotor by hand to check whether the teeth, hammer and rotor are flexible and reliable. Whether there is collision in the crushing chamber, whether the direction of rotation of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow, the power machine and Whether the plastic crusher is well lubricated.

4. Do not change the pulleys casually, in case the rotation speed is too high, causing the explosion chamber to explode, or the rotation speed is too low, which affects the working efficiency of the crusher.

5. After the plastic pulverizer is started, it should be kept idling for 2~3min. After no abnormal phenomenon, it can be fed again.

6. Attention should be paid to the operation of the plastic shredder at work. First, the feeding should be uniform to prevent the crushing of the crushing chamber; secondly, do not overload the work for a long time. If any vibration, noise, bearing and body temperature are too high, and the material is sprayed outward, stop the machine immediately and check it out.
