Mushroom farmers usually use agar in the production of edible mushroom parent culture medium. For this reason, the author introduced the preparation methods of several kinds of simple mother-breeding media. Green bean powder medium. Put fresh, dry, mildew-free mung bean powder into the pot, add the appropriate amount of water to boil, turn into a paste, and put it in a test tube. The loading amount is 1/4-1/3 of the test tube capacity, then the cotton is stuffed. The plug was sterilized under a pressure of 15 pounds for 45 minutes. Wheat grain medium. The wheat grains are soaked in warm water for 2 hours, removed and placed in a bamboo sieve, and the water is poured and poured every 4 hours. After about 24 hours, when the grains germinate 0.50 cm long buds, put them into a pot and boil them thoroughly (boil for half an hour). Drain them and mix them with 1% gypsum powder, and then put them into tubes. 1/3-1/2 of the test tube, stoppered tampon, sterilized under 15 pounds of pressure for 45 minutes, remove it and shake it for use. Rice rice medium. Remove the rice and wash it, add 1% sugar, and boil rice as usual. Use rice grains with high hardness, evenly mix 1% rice bran or dried horse manure, pound the rice into pellets, and then put it into a test tube. The loading amount is 1/3-1/2 of the test tube, and the cotton is plugged in. Sterilize under pressure for 45 minutes. Corn grain medium. The corn kernels are crushed (or chopped) into mung bean size, soaked in water, drained and drained. Stir in 1% calcium carbonate powder and spread into a test tube. The amount is 1/3-1/ 2. Plug the tampon and sterilize it under 15 pounds of pressure for 45 minutes. Remove the pan after use. If there is no autoclave, it can be steamed for 2 hours in a household autoclave or sterilized in an ordinary pan for 6 hours. The effect is also very good.
