The working principle and function of the radiator

The radiator thermostatic valve realizes that the user can adjust the room temperature by himself, the heat distribution table is matched with the heat meter, or one household is used as a system to install the household heat meter, which can calculate the actual heat consumption of each household, which is an essential equipment for charging according to the heat. . However, for the double pipe system, the heating system exhibits the variable water volume due to the setting of the radiator thermostatic valve. If the operating conditions of the pump are not changed, when the thermostatic valve of some loops in the system is turned off, the pressure difference between the thermostatic valves on some loops will increase, which will deteriorate the control performance; on the other hand, the total water demand of the system Reduce, you can apply (frequency conversion) speed control pump to save the power consumption of the pump.

The heat pipe is generally composed of a casing, a wick and an end cover. The tube is pumped to a higher degree of vacuum and then filled with an appropriate amount of working fluid so that the wicking capillary porous material adhering to the inner wall of the tube is filled with liquid and sealed. The heat pipe has two ends, which are an evaporation end (heating end) and a condensing end (heat radiating end), and heat insulation measures are taken between the two ends as needed. When one end of the heat pipe is heated (that is, when there is a temperature difference between the two ends), the liquid in the capillary core evaporates and vaporizes, and the steam flows to the other end under the pressure difference to release heat and condense into a liquid, and the liquid flows back to the evaporation along the porous material by capillary action. end. This cycle is so long that heat is quickly transferred along the heat pipe. Due to the evaporation-condensation heat transfer process, the working fluid in the tube is saturated, so the heat pipe transfers heat almost at isothermal.

Mounting position of the radiator thermostatic valve
The radiator thermostatic valve is installed on the inlet pipe of each radiator or the main inlet inlet pipe of the household heating system.

The installation problem of the radiator thermostatic valve is very important: the built-in sensor does not advocate vertical installation, because the thermal effect of the valve body and surface piping may cause the thermostat controller to malfunction, and the thermostatic valve sensor can sense the temperature of the indoor circulating air. It shall not be covered by curtain boxes, heating covers, etc.
