Parts, open the observation door, take the drying net chain out of the box, and replace it with the new drying net, pay attention to tightening the drying net and the netting roller with 6-800 netting rolls at intervals of each, then follow the reverse steps above. Note that when adjusting the tension of the drying chain with the pitching seat at both ends of the passive shaft, the chain should not be too tight or too loose, and the tension between the two left and right chains must be consistent. In addition, the components of the hot blast stove used in conjunction with the automatic dryer, such as the furnace, grate, chimney, inner wall and hot air pipe joints, should be inspected for damage. If damaged, it should be repaired or replaced. The maintenance of the reducer, bearing and chain of the machine is the same as above.
