How to choose the right sprinkler

The sprinkler is a kind of power machine, pump, pipeline, nozzle, mobile device and other facilities. It is combined with sprinkler irrigation to form a sprinkler irrigation device. The pressure water is sprayed into the low air, and after atomization, it falls evenly like a raindrop. To the crop and the surface of the ground. Commonly used sprinklers include small sprinklers, large sprinklers, translational sprinklers, mobile sprinklers, reel sprinklers, pointer sprinklers, center pivot sprinklers, round sprinklers, double cantilever sprinklers And many other types. Sprinkler irrigation has many uses, mainly for crops, forestry nurseries, pasture grasslands, vegetable fruit trees, cash crops, garden turf and flowers. In addition, it is also used for environmental control (such as dust, wind, dry hot air, frost and cooling), sewage treatment, fish pond aeration, and comprehensive spraying of liquid fertilizer, herbicides, chemicals, pesticides, pesticides, etc. . Sprinkler irrigation is highly adaptable and suitable for almost any crop, soil, terrain, region, or climatic conditions.

Sprinkler irrigation technology has the characteristics of saving water, saving man-hours, improving land utilization, conducive to crop yield increase, and strong adaptability.

Pay attention when purchasing a sprinkler

1. The sprinkler must meet the standard requirements: When purchasing a sprinkler, you should first check whether the product meets national, industrial or local standards. Sprinklers without national standards, industry standards or local standards shall have enterprise standards for the record of technical supervision departments at or above the provincial level.

2. The pressure of the nozzle and pipeline must meet the requirements for use: the nozzle and pipeline should be scientifically and rationally selected according to the requirements of sprinkler irrigation. The quality of sprinkler irrigation depends not only on the performance of the nozzle, but also on the inlet pressure of the pipeline and branch depending on the working pressure of the nozzle. It is the basis for the design of the sprinkler area.

3. Supporting pipes and fittings must use qualified products: the selected supporting pipes and fittings should meet the corresponding technical standards, and have a full inspection report issued by the provincial and above testing agencies.

The sprinkler should pay attention to the following during use:

1. Preparation before use: 1 When using V-belt drive, the main shaft of the power machine and the water pump must be parallel, the pulleys should be aligned, and the center distance should not be less than twice the sum of the diameters of the two pulleys. When the water pump is connected to the power machine, it should be equipped with a common chassis. The claw type flexible coupling can be used. Pay attention to the concentricity of the power machine main shaft and the water pump shaft. 2 The installation height of the pump (based on the water surface of the suction pool) should be lower than the allowable vacuum height of 1 to 2 meters. The soil at the working location should be solid to prevent collapse or fall into the ground. 3 Intake water pipeline installation should pay special attention to prevent air leakage. The filter screen should be completely submerged in water, with a depth of about 0.3 meters, and keep a certain distance from the bottom of the pool and the wall of the pool to prevent the inhalation of impurities such as sediment and air. 4 When laying out the water pipe, the hose should avoid rubbing against stones, bark and other objects, avoid wheel rolling and pedestrian trampling, and do not touch the running parts. The hose should be rolled into a disk shape and not grounded. Hard pipes should be dismantled into single-section handling, and multi-section joints are prohibited to prevent wear and damage to pipes and joints. Pipes should be protected from exposure and rain to prevent deformation or aging of the plastic pipe. 5 Support the spray frame on the ground. The end face of the spray frame joint should be placed horizontally as much as possible, and then the spray frame should be fixed. Install the nozzle on the spray frame to check whether the nozzle is flexible. Pull the rocker arm to see if the tightness is appropriate. Add a proper amount of oil to the rotating part. Then wipe the quick connector clean and connect. 6 Before starting, check whether the direction of rotation of the pump shaft is correct, whether the rotation speed is uniform, and there is no abnormal phenomenon such as jamming or abnormal sound. 7 Before starting the centrifugal pump, fill the pump with water and wait until it is filled with the water inlet pipe and pump body before starting.

2. Precautions during use: 1 After the pump starts, there is no water for 3 minutes, and it should be stopped for inspection. 2 If abnormal phenomena (noise, vibration, water volume drop, etc.) occur during pump operation, stop immediately. Pay attention to the temperature rise of the bearing, and the temperature should not exceed 75 °C. 3 Observe whether the nozzle works normally, whether there is uneven rotation, too fast or too slow, or even rotation. Observe whether the steering is flexible and whether there is any abnormality. 4 should try to avoid the use of water sources with excessive sediment content for sprinkler irrigation, otherwise it will easily wear the nozzle of the pump impeller and nozzle. When adjusting the nozzle speed, it can be achieved by tightening or loosening the rocker spring. The rocker arm is suspended on the rocker arm shaft, and the turning screw can be rotated to adjust the water inlet depth of the rocker arm to control the nozzle speed. Adjust the reverse position to change the speed. 5 The nozzle speed adjustment indicator is that, under the premise of not generating surface runoff, try to use a slow rotation speed. Generally, the small nozzle rotates for 1 minute to 2 minutes, and the medium nozzle rotates for 3 minutes to 4 minutes. The nozzle rotates 1 turn from 5 minutes to 7 minutes.

3. Maintenance of the unit. 1 The loose parts of the unit should be tightened in time. 2 Lubricate the lubrication parts on time to ensure good lubrication and normal operation. Maintenance of the power unit and water pump of the 3 units shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant instruction manual. 4 When the unit is stopped for a long time, the water in the pump body must be drained, the water pump and nozzle should be dismantled, the water stains should be cleaned, the oil can be assembled, and the import and export parts should be packed and parked in a dry place. The pipe should be washed and dried (the hose is rolled into a disk) and placed in a cool dry place. Do not store the above parts in a place with acid or alkali and high temperature. Threads (or quick connectors) and rust-prone parts on the 5 rack should be stored properly. (including)
