First, the appearance inspection. Look at the various parts of the pipe dehumidifier, whether it is fine work, whether the surface of the plastic parts is smooth and even, and the color is even. The surface of the plated part should be smooth and should not have defects such as peeling, bottoming and scratching.
Second, the inspection of the wind deflector: the wind deflector should be able to move up and down or left and right, not too tight, but not too loose, should be able to position in any position, should not be automatically displaced.
Third, the filter is a frequently disassembled component, it should be checked whether it is convenient to disassemble, whether it is damaged or not.
Fourth, the function keys, knob check the knob on the dehumidifier panel should be flexible, seated, not loose, not sliding. The function control buttons of the computer-controlled pipe dehumidifier are light and flexible, and there must be no card keys.
Fifth, power check. For the integrated dehumidifier, the power can be checked:
Heating: When you buy a pipe dehumidifier in winter or when the temperature is low, you can try the hot air function. If it is energized for a few minutes, there should be hot air coming out.
6. Noise and vibration inspection. When the pipeline dehumidifier is in the dehumidification movement, there must be no abnormal noise such as impact noise, and the vibration should not be too large.
Seven, electrical performance check. Check that the power cord and power plug are in compliance with the specifications. Pull the power cord firmly and pull it out. If conditions permit, the cold insulation resistance of the pipeline dehumidifier can be measured.
8. Inspection of attachments and technical documents. The technical documents such as the specification, certificate, warranty card and packing list should be inspected. Check whether the accessories are complete according to the packing list.
