Agricultural machinery maintenance type

The first is the maintenance of the new machine, also known as the maintenance after the test run. New machines or agricultural machinery after overhaul need to be run-in and commissioned. During the trial operation, pay attention to observe the operation of each working part, check and adjust at any time, and find out the problem in time. After the trial operation is completed, the agricultural machinery must be fully maintained. The main content of maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the instruction manual for agricultural machinery.

The second is the maintenance of the shift, also known as daily maintenance. In order to maintain the best technical conditions of agricultural machinery, the agricultural machinery should be maintained before and after the operation every day. That is, cleaning, inspection, lubrication, adjustment, replacement, fastening, and the like.

The third is regular maintenance, that is, technical maintenance and technical maintenance. After a total of 200 <500 hours of agricultural machinery work, comprehensive maintenance and overhaul must be carried out. The specific method is to comprehensively clean, inspect, lubricate, adjust, replace, fasten and repair agricultural machinery. Repair or replace damaged or worn parts and reassemble them.

The fourth is storage and maintenance, also called post-season maintenance. Agricultural machinery works seasonally, and after seasonal work, it often has to be parked for months or even more than half a year. It is very important to do the maintenance work after the season. If the maintenance is not good, the storage is not good, the parts will be deformed, corroded and aged, and the spare parts will be lost during storage. Not only shortens the service life of agricultural machinery, but even causes the consequences that can no longer be put into use. Therefore, the agricultural machine operator should do the storage and maintenance work according to the requirements of the agricultural machinery manual.

The fifth is special maintenance, also known as targeted maintenance. This is generally a targeted maintenance after an accident in an agricultural machinery. For example, when agricultural machinery is in operation or during transfer, there is an accident such as rollover, water inflow into the river, ditching, collision, etc., and maintenance and repair of a certain component is required to restore the performance of agricultural machinery.
