Technical requirements for installation and use of hot air valves
1. The hot blast valve can only be installed on the vertical ground of the valve stem, and the commissioning should also be carried out under the vertical ground condition of the valve stem;
2. The direction of the hot damper ventilation and the direction of the cooling water in and out must conform to the installation orientation. When installing the hot damper, the wind direction arrow should point to the hot air main pipe; when the hot damper is used as the combustion valve and the flue valve, the wind direction arrow should point to the hot blast stove; when the hot damper is used as the reverse flow damper, the wind direction arrow should point to the hot air main pipe; When making the mixed air shut-off valve, the wind direction arrow should be facing away from the hot air main pipe. (The hot air valve is used as the above-mentioned other valve installation method only when the nameplate name is still "hot air valve". When the nameplate name is clearly the above valve name, its wind direction arrow Then it is the flow of the medium).
3. Apply cotton yarn to clean the sealing surface of the valve body and valve plate before commissioning to avoid the sealing surface being scratched. Before the operation, the oil supply points are lubricated, and the floating sealing part is filled with graphite powder or grease;
4. Check the bolting condition of the valve body, valve cover, stem seal and other parts after installation to ensure that the air is not leaking and the valve plate falls smoothly. Manually start the valve at low speed to confirm that the mechanism is running normally and then start the test run;
5. The pipe installation of the valve is an integral installation (excluding the transmission). The installation lifting point is the lifting lug on the valve body (4 in the round flange, the valve cover lifting lug is strictly prohibited for the overall lifting), and the transmission device is installed on the valve after the whole valve is installed;
6. Apply ceramic metal gasket to the pipe flange between the valve and seal with high temperature sealant to prevent air leakage;
7. When the valve is opened, the lower part of the valve plate should be higher than the upper edge of the valve passage by more than 100mm (commissioning method: lift the valve plate to the upper limit and then drop 50mm to set the valve plate open position). The valve cooling water should be unblocked, and the outlet water temperature is lower than 40 °C;
8. Before the valve is installed in the factory, the drive frame and the valve body are separately packaged and stored, and the whole installation is performed on site. When installing, the valve body and the transmission device are connected and fastened according to the position of the installation interface, and the proximity switch position is installed and adjusted and tightened. When the valve is commissioned, it should be manually started and then powered. (Note: When the hydraulic transmission valve is installed, in the open and close state of the valve, there will be free travel on both sides of the cylinder piston, and then adjust the stroke switch after adjustment. The hydraulic transmission valve of the rack and pinion should adjust the cylinder piston according to the stroke limit position of the valve plate. Position, then hang the chain). It should be stable during operation without collision and shock stuck.
Valve repair and maintenance
1. Check the sealing performance when the valve is closed once a week, that is, determine the sealing effect of the valve by hand touch and ear hearing, and report the problem in time for report processing;
2. Check the cooling water temperature, water pressure and leakage outside the class before the shift, and find out the problem in time;
3. When opening and closing the valve, pay attention to observe the smooth running condition and find the problem in time;
4. Regularly add lubricating oil and grease twice a week to prevent oil-burning damage to the running parts;
5. It is strictly forbidden to use under the condition of insufficient cooling water and water cut;
6. Regularly inspect and clean up the deposits in the valve and find that the abnormalities are handled in time;
