Electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine is a special equipment for sealing non-metallic containers. I. Classification
The power devices are classified into: tube aluminum foil sealing machine, transistor aluminum foil sealing machine.
According to the cooling method of the induction head, there are: a water-cooling sealing machine and an air-cooling sealing machine.
Classified by working method: hand-held aluminum foil sealing machine, desktop continuous aluminum foil sealing machine, online aluminum foil sealing machine.
Second, the selection
1. The hand-held aluminum foil sealing machine is easy to operate and has a good sealing effect, but the output is not high. About 30 bottles per minute are sealed, and the labor intensity of the workers is relatively large. Suitable for users in small batch production.
There are two types of products available on the market: manual trigger heating and automatic trigger heating.
Manual trigger: The bottle is placed under the sensor head. After the button is pressed, the machine starts to work and the seal is completed. When the bottle is free of aluminum foil, it cannot be found by the operator, causing defective products to flow out of the factory.
Automatic trigger: the bottle is placed under the sensor head, the machine automatically detects, if there is aluminum foil, it will automatically trigger the work to complete the sealing; if there is no aluminum foil, it will not work, effectively preventing the defective products from flowing out of the factory.
2. For customers who have a certain production volume and do not use production lines, the desktop continuous aluminum foil sealing machine is a good choice. The operation is simple, the sealing effect is good, about 150 bottles are sealed every minute, and the labor intensity of the workers is greatly alleviated.
3. The online aluminum foil sealing machine is suitable for the production line. After the debugging, no manual operation is required, and the person is completely liberated from the production line, and the output is high.
Third, choose the scope of sealing
The sealing range of the machine of different manufacturers is not the same, and the sealing range of the response should be selected according to the actual situation of the product.
Fourth, choose power
When buying an aluminum foil sealer, the choice of power is critical. The power selection is small, the sealing speed is slow or even the seal is not strong; the power is too large, and the sealing is no problem, but the big horse-drawn car causes waste of resources and money.
Output power and heating time are two prerequisites for the completion of aluminum foil sealing, and the two complement each other. That is, the heating time required when the output power is large is short, and the heating time required for the output power is small.
(Also: the sealing of tablets, granules, etc. has lower power requirements, while the sealing of liquids requires higher power.)
Five, cooling method
1. Air-cooled type: The air-cooled sealing machine uses a fan to dissipate heat, has fewer external components, is cheap, and is easy to operate and maintain.
2. Water-cooled type: The water-cooled sealing machine uses the water pump to circulate cooling water to dissipate heat. The cooling water must be added or replaced regularly. At the time of winter use in the north, care must be taken to prevent the cooling water from freezing. The water-cooled induction coil is usually made of copper tube, which has small internal resistance and can achieve higher efficiency under the same external power drive.
Sixth, power device analysis
1. Electron tube sealing machine: Due to its large size, large power consumption, short life, and preheating after starting up, it has been basically replaced by a transistor. However, the tube has a strong load capacity and linear performance is superior to that of transistors. There are still a few manufacturers in production.
2, transistor sealing machine: small size, low power consumption, long life, boot work, easy maintenance.
Seven, the difference between domestic and imported machines
1. Imported machine: beautiful appearance, reasonable design, sophisticated materials and low failure rate. But the price is higher and the repair is inconvenient.
2. Domestically produced machine: After years of development, the domestic sealing machine is becoming more and more mature, the performance is not much different from the imported machine, the price is reasonable, and the maintenance is convenient and timely.
Eight, after-sales service
1. The warranty period is now fierce in the market. Some small factories or workshops can only rely on the price to hit the market, cut corners, and the warranty period is generally three months, basically no more than half a year. Therefore, it is best to choose a regular company with strength and credibility to buy.
2, the price of accessories during the warranty period is generally free of charge (except for abnormal use), but the warranty period is different, and some factories rely on low-cost selling high-priced services to make profits. So before you buy equipment, you need to know clearly before you lose money.
