Method of exclusion

1 . The pump does not produce water

1. The inlet and outlet valves are not opened, the inlet and outlet pipes are blocked, and the flow path impeller is blocked.
2 , the motor moves in the wrong direction, the motor is out of phase, and the number of revolutions is very slow.
3. The suction pipe leaks.
4. The pump is not filled with liquid and there is air in the pump chamber.
5 , the imported water supply is insufficient, the suction stroke is too high, and the bottom valve leaks.
6. The pipeline resistance is too large and the pump is not properly selected.

1. Check and remove the blockage.
2. Adjust the motor direction and tighten the motor wiring.
3. Tighten the sealing surfaces to remove air.
4. Open the top cover of the pump or open the exhaust valve to drain the air.
5 , stop checking, adjustment (connected to the water pipe and with the use of suction is prone to this phenomenon).
6. Reduce the pipe bend and re-select the pump. .

2 . Insufficient pump flow

1. Press 1. to exclude.

3. Insufficient export pressure

1. There is air in the liquid
2. The speed is too low, the impeller is damaged
3. The outlet valve is too open

4 , the motor is hot

1. The ambient temperature is too high and the motor is not well cooled
2. The motor load is too heavy.
3. The voltage is too high or too low or lack of phase.
4. Inlet water inside the motor

Check the mechanical part for timely adjustment. The regulator's positive outlet valve allows the pump to operate near the rated flow and head.

5 , the pump vibration or noise

1. The unit is not installed firmly
2. The suction pipe leaks or the suction port is not deep enough to inhale the air inside the pump.
3. Impeller generates cavitation
4. Deviation from operating conditions

1. The support at the pump flange should be reinforced.
2. Block the leak or lengthen the suction tube.
3. Reduce the pump installation height or increase the suction pipe diameter or increase the inlet pressure, and replace the damaged impeller.
4. Adjust to the high efficiency zone (rated point) as much as possible to avoid the pump running at the high flow point.

6 , the water pump leaks

1 , mechanical seal wear
2 , the pump body has sand holes or cracks
3. The sealing surface is not flat.
4 , the installation bolts are slack

1 , replacement
2 , welding or replacement
3 , trimming
4 , fastening

7 , the pump is too noisy

1. Bearing overheating
2. The pump load is too heavy.

Fill the bearing and press 4 to remove.

8 , too much power

1 , exceed the rated flow rate
2 , the suction is too high
3 , replace the bearing

1. Adjust the flow and close the small outlet valve.
2. Reduce the mounting surface.
3. Replace the bearing.
